I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the carpets were filthy. This kind of neglect is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing!

It’s barely furnished and requires a reservation because of its small size. Plus, occasional street noise can be bothersome, particularly if you find yourself facing the pub scene outside, while inconsistent Wi-Fi can complicate internet-driven plans.

stayed at crystal plaza for two nights and loved it! the room was super clean and fresh with no chemical smell. enjoyed the comfy bed and the great location, just a short walk to attractions and shops. the sauna was a highlight for us, and we appreciated the kettle and coffee setup in our room.
